    Change\/Cancellation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    You can change\/cancel your entry on Japan-O-Entry. You should change\/cancel during the period which you can do them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After the period ends, you cannot cancel your entry (no refund). Card number change is JPY100. You must pay at event center.

    • We may cancel\/postpone competition due to unexpected circumstances or conflict with brown bears. We do not refund the entry fees. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Training opportunity is not provided by the organizer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The information provided may be updated without prior notice, so please check the official tournament website regularly for the latest updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bulletin3 (Program) will be posted on 25th July on HP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Please do not waste trash. No smoking in event center and competition area. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We will not take any responsibility of damages you gave yourself or some else. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Insurance for injuries is available, but coverage is limited. Please buy insurance yourself if necessary.\u3000 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Please do not enter private or factory properties as well as prohibited area indicated on the maps. Do not damage forests as well. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bears and deer are observed in the competition area. We strongly recommend to put bells to avoid them. In case bears are observed, we could cancel competition or change schedule. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Entry at competition day is not possible. You cannot run for other runner. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Please add parking <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you wish to use the parking facilities, please make sure to put it at the time of application. You could be charged for parking in case large demand. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
